Rev, LLC (“Revv”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information in our custody and control. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Revv treats personal information on our websites and platforms from which you are accessing this Policy (the “Platform”).
The purpose of this Policy is to inform you about the personal information that is collected about you, how Revv may use and disclose personal information that is collected, and the choices you have with respect to your personal information.
This Platform facilitates your ability to make contributions to organizations with pages on our Platform. These pages may be created by individuals, groups, political committees or campaigns (collectively referred to in this Policy as “Page Creators”). By using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that when you use this Platform, Revv does not control how these Page Creators subsequently collect, use or disclose your information, including through cookies or other tracking technologies on their pages. The types of personal information we collect about you depends on various factors, such as the ways you interact with the Platform, the information you provide to Page Creators, and any applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Revv collects personal information for purposes related to our business.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect your information in different ways. Below, you will find additional details and examples regarding how we collect your personal information.
- Directly From You. For example, when you:
- Register for an account.
- Make a contribution.
- Make a purchase through an online store on our Platform (all purchases made through an online store are considered to be contributions).
- Sign up to receive promotional communications.
- Sign up for a Page Creator’s, candidate’s, political committee’s or campaign’s newsletter.
- Participate in one of our promotional sweepstakes, contests, surveys, or focus groups.
- Submit a design or logo for a candidate or campaign.
- Submit a review or vote on candidate or campaign design or logo.
- Submit a request to our customer service team.
- Interact with Revv, Page Creator, candidate, campaign or political committee social media pages.
Our service providers, depending on how they act on our behalf, may collect information from you on our behalf.
- Passively. For example, we may passively collect or record information automatically when you visit and navigate our Platform on any device where permitted by law. We may also collect information about users over time and across different websites and devices when you use the Platform. We may collect information when you interact with an electronic communication. Please note that third parties may also collect personal information this way on our Platform. - From Third Parties. We may, with your consent or where required or permitted by law, receive information about you from other sources. For example, this may include receiving information from:
- Our business partners. This may include a third party that co-sponsors a promotion, data aggregators, advertisers, media buying agencies, advertising networks, analytics providers and advertising service providers.
- From Page Creators, political campaigns and political committees.
- Social media sites, including Facebook, X, TikTok, Rumble, Truth Social, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat and Instagram.
- Third party sites, including those that allow you to integrate your third-party account with your Revv account.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To Provide Our Platform and Services. This could include facilitating and processing your contributions or other transactions.For example, we may display information about your contributions. This may include your name and city along with the amount contributed and candidate. We may also display information, including user-generated content, that you submit in connection with a promotion.
- To Provide Political Communications. We, Page Creators, political committees or campaigns, or other third parties may contact you about your contribution, or the organization, candidate, political committee or campaign to whom you contributed or other organizations, candidates, campaigns or issues that may be of interest to you.
- To Improve Our Products and Services. We may use your information to make our Platform, products and services better. We may also use your information to customize your experience with us.
- To Understand Your Interests. For example, we may use your information to better understand what organizations, campaigns, candidates, issues or products interest you.
- To Respond to Your Requests or Questions. This may include responding to your feedback or notifying you if you win a promotion.
- To Communicate With You. We may communicate with you about your account or our relationship. We may also contact you about this Policy or our Platform terms and conditions. Page Creators, political committees or campaigns that use our Platform may also contact you.
- For Marketing Purposes. We might use your information to serve you ads or remind you to make or complete a contribution. We might tell you about new features or updates. We, our partners, or Page Creators, political committees or campaigns, may also use your information to send you electronic communications. This may include reminders if you visit the Platform but do not make a contribution. We and our partners may engage in cross-contextual advertising using information gathered across multiple websites, devices, or other platforms. - For Security Purposes. This could include protecting our company and consumers who use our products and services. It may also include protecting our Platform.
- As Otherwise Permitted By Law or With Your Consent. For example, with your consent or where permitted by law, we may combine information that we collect offline with information we collect through our Platform, combine information we collect about you from the different devices you use to access our Platform, or combine information we get from third parties with information we already have about you.
- As Directed By You.
HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

- To our Affiliates. We may disclose your information to our parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, where they provide services on our behalf or with your consent for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy..
- To Page Creators. Revv facilitates contributions to various organizations, including political committees and campaigns, through pages that are created by Page Creators. As part of our services to Page Creators, they receive any information collected about their contributors through the Platform. Page Creators may use your information for all of the purposes described in this Policy. They may also use your information for purposes described in their own privacy policies. Page Creators may also disclose, sell, lease, rent or exchange your information with other organizations, political committees, campaigns or other third parties. Page Creators or third parties that receive your information from Page Creators may send you political communications or other marketing communications. We do not control how Page Creators collect your personal information through the Platform or use or disclose this personal information.
- To Our Business Partners. For example, we may, consistent with your choices, disclose your personal information to a third party that co-sponsors a contest or promotion. We may also disclose information to data aggregators, advertisers, media buying agencies, advertising networks, analytics providers, and advertising service providers.
- To Our Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third parties that perform services on our behalf. For example, this may include our merchandise vendors and payment processors including Stripe. It may also include companies that send communications on our behalf or help us run, analyze or improve our Platform.
- To Third Parties for Marketing Purposes. Where consistent with your choices, this may include organizations, such as political committees or campaigns of candidates, that may be of interest to you. These third parties may also disclose your information to others. These third parties may use your information for their own marketing purposes or the marketing purposes of others. This may include the delivery of cross-contextual advertising.
- To Any Successors to All or Part of Our Business. For example, if Revv merges with, acquires or is acquired, or sells part of its business to another business entity. This may include an asset sale, corporate reorganization or other change of control.
- To Comply With Campaign Finance Laws. Political financing laws may require disclosure of your name, address, occupation, and employer information along with details of your contribution to the recipient of your contribution and the reporting of this information to Elections Canada or other applicable provincial, territorial or municipal election authority. The Page Creators receiving your contributions may also include this information in their regulatory reports to Elections Canada or other applicable election authorities. - To Comply With Other Laws or To Protect Ourselves. For example, this could include responding to a court order or subpoena. It could also include sharing information if a government agency or investigatory body requests it. We might disclose information when we are investigating a potential fraud. This could include fraud we think has occurred during a sweepstakes or promotion. We may also disclose information if you are the winner of a sweepstakes or other contest with anyone who requests a winner’s list.

The Platform where this Policy is located is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 18 has provided us with information, please submit a request via our online webform.
CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION
You have certain choices about how we use your information. Certain choices you make are browser- and device-specific.
You can withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If you have submitted personal information and later wish to withdraw your consent to its retention, use or disclosure, please contact the Privacy Officer (refer to “How to contact us” below).
Please understand that, without your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products and services to you. We will inform individuals of any implications of withdrawing consent. In certain circumstances, your consent cannot be withdrawn. For example, you may not withdraw your consent where our collection, use, sharing, and disclosure is permitted or required by law.
Marketing Communications:
Revv does not make calls or send text messages for marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving our email marketing communications by following the instructions included with the communication. Note that you will still receive transactional messages from us, including information about your account and responses to your inquiries.
Communications from Page Creators and Other Third Parties:
Page Creators, such as political committees and campaigns, and other third parties may send you communications via email, call or text and they are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws related to these communications. If you wish to opt out of receiving marketing communications from any third party, please contact that third party directly to do so. For text messages, you can try to reply STOP to text messages in order to unsubscribe, although we cannot guarantee that this will be effective. Please note that “opt out” and “unsubscribe” requests may not take effect immediately and may take a reasonable amount of time to process.
Cookies & Other Tracking Activities:
- Cookies: You can control cookies and similar technologies through the consent management tool on our Services. You can also adjust your browser to control cookies to require your affirmative acceptance for new cookies, automatically reject cookies and/or delete or disable existing cookies. - Email Tools: You can also change your email settings to block the automatic download of images in email messages, as such images may contain technologies that help us understand how you interact with the message.
Our Do Not Track Policy: Some browsers have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. We do not currently respond to those signals.
Note that deleting or blocking cookies may impact your experience on our Platform, as some features may not be available. Certain options you select are browser and device specific. In addition, the tools described above may not opt you out of non-cookie online advertising.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
You have the right to request access to your personal information in our control, and to request information about how we have collected, used, and disclosed it. You also have the right to request that inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date information be rectified. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to request that your personal information be deleted or you can request that the personal information you provided to us be provided to you or another person in a commonly used format. Your rights are subject to applicable legal restrictions and we may take appropriate steps to verify your identity before responding to your request. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a correction.

SECURITY
We protect personal information using physical, technical and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. These safeguards may include measures are designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, use, disclosure or destruction of personal information. Each of our employees is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information to which they have access. We keep our employees informed about our policies and procedures for protecting personal information. We also use our best efforts to ensure that personal information is as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used
Despite these measures, the Internet is not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our Platform will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Internet. We use reasonable means to safeguard personal information under our control. A user ID and a password are needed to access certain areas of our Platform. It is your responsibility to protect your username and password. If your password has been compromised, you are required to notify us and change your password.
STORAGE OF INFORMATION
Our record retention periods are determined based on the purpose for which the information was collected, our legal and regulatory obligations to retain the information, and prudent business practices. Files containing personal information will be maintained on our servers or those of our services providers and will be accessible to our service providers, employees and contractors with a business need to know.
Where personal information is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, it will be destroyed, erased, or made anonymous, provided there are no legal requirements for its continued retention.
We and our service providers may process and store personal information in any province in Canada, or outside Canada, including in the United States and personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and processed in the United States, or elsewhere outside of Canada for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If personal information is located outside Canada, it will be subject to legal requirements in those foreign countries applicable to our service providers, for example, lawful requirements to disclose personal information to government authorities in those countries.
